 1.⁠ ⁠Sponsor

The Khoy Sofa Bed Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Khoy Furniture (“Sponsor”), located in the United States and operating through www.khoyfurniture.com.

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

 3.⁠ ⁠Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 24th of July 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time and ends on 23rd of August at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (“Entry Period”).

Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 4.⁠ ⁠How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, visit www.khoyfurniture.com during the Entry Period and complete the official giveaway entry form by providing:

•⁠  ⁠Last Name

•⁠  ⁠Valid Email Address

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Multiple entries, automated entries, entries generated by bots, fraudulent entries, or entries submitted using multiple email addresses may be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the Khoy Furniture Privacy Policy. Entrants may also choose to receive marketing emails, promotions, product announcements, and other communications from Khoy Furniture. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to win, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their chances of winning.

 5.⁠ ⁠Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Khoy Sofa Bed

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,200 USD

At the time of this Sweepstakes, Khoy Furniture offers one sofa bed model in the United States. The winner will receive that model, subject to product availability.

If the advertised model becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater retail value.

The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be assigned or substituted by the winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories may not be available or may require the winner to pay any additional shipping costs not covered by Sponsor.

 6.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 7.⁠ ⁠Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and/or Publicity Release where permitted by law before awarding the prize.

 8.⁠ ⁠Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

 9.⁠ ⁠Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, photographs, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11.⁠ ⁠General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, viruses, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12.⁠ ⁠Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

13.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

14.⁠ ⁠Winner List
